Becky Lee is a leading expert on international affairs, a Founding Member of Asia Relations for the Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty brand, and a consistent top-producing broker who offers a wealth of international expertise, insight and leadership. Her over 30 years of exceptional real estate experience includes commercial, residential and international investments throughout the Eastside and greater Seattle area, resulting in high accolades and respect from her peers and clientele alike. Beginning in commercial real estate, Becky has sold apartment complexes, restaurants, motels, vacant lands, shopping strips and handled immigration-driven property investment, 1031 exchanges and land development. On the residential side, among the many homes she has sold, her favorite is a 100-year-old landmark Queen Anne mansion that became the designated broadcast site for the 1996 APEC Summit in Seattle.

Becky’s impressive background includes a prominent role in lobbying personally with the White House during President Clinton’s term to successfully repeal the Pelly Amendment, the trade sanction to Taiwan. She is solely responsible for producing, organizing and chairing an annual 4 day conference for the North American Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce at the Bellevue Hyatt Hotel including 120 rooms, speakers, conference programming and gala events. Becky has also been elected to high-ranking positions on various boards and committees. Becky has gladly been offering free interpreter/translator services to Immigration Courts, US Customs, Social Services, local hospitals and the Seattle Police Department for over 25 years. She is very involved in her local community and was previously selected by the Seattle Art Museum to oversee 32 volunteers and facilitate the last shift of the King Tut Exhibition.
